Linden-Comansa launches level luffer

Linden Comansa is introducing a hoist-integrated electronic luffing mechanism as part of a series of innovations on its new range of tower cranes. The LCL 280, LCL 310, and LCL 190, and LCL 165 will be available to buy by summer.

The luffing mechanism coordinates with the hoist mechanism electronically, allowing an operator to use a push-button to move the load horizontally when ‘level luffing’.

The design places the hoist mechanism on front and the luffing mechanism and the electrical cabinet on the back, to reduce the required counterweight.
